Your one of the people that never called us back! My husband called you every day for weeks! I don't know who finally authorized it getting fixed but Scott is the one that finally helped us. We have had the car back for a week and there are oil spots showing up on the back window again. We called Scott this afternoon and let him know that and he said due to all of the residual oil that was on the undercarriage that may be where it is coming from. We will monitor it for a few days like he asked and contact you again if it doesn't stop. When we finally had the car fixed last week there was an entire list of things that needed to be done because they were not done correctly during the motor install. I will be in touch if the oil spots on the back window continue to happen.
