My maintenance service was fast, easy and the employees were very professional and kind. I just hate going to the Lithia dealership because the company doesn’t do much for the community it was starte were very professional and kind. I am very disappointed with the service I got on lifetime oil change. Apparently you’re a second-class citizen if that’s all you come in for. Other customers who came in after me left before me. That’s not O oil change. Apparently you’re a second-class citizen if that’s all you come in for. Other customers who came in after me left before me. That’s not OK. After 2 1/2 hours I went to the desk and found my key and my paperwork sitting there while other people who had gotten there after me we’re being taken Ahead of me. No one went over the paperwork with me. I just left. More
The initial contact was done via email and over the phone. We even selected the vehicle and paid a deposit with going into the dealership. After we completed F&I he did provide any information about our new car and didn’t even properly connect the phone. More
