I just picked up my dream rig a 2021 Ford Bronco Sport Badlands model in Kodiak Brown from Livermore Ford. Both Jason Taylor and Grant made my dreams come true. Doing so with a relatively simple trade in of the 2018 Ford Escape I bought there new and completing the order I had placed for the new 2021 Bronco Badlands. They both shepherded me through the process swell. Jason tolerating my myriad of questions along the order process. Grant allowing me to come in multiple times before my order arrived trying out other rigs. The actual negotiating process for my trade in and final purchase of the Bronco was straightforward and painless. I would HIGHLY recommend Jason, Grant and Livermore Ford for your purchase needs. Spent 7 hours at Livermore Ford over an Advertised (Auto Trader, Livermore Ford website) New 2020 Ranger half of that time was over Ford’s rebates for that vehicle. The sales manager had all kind of problem Trader, Livermore Ford website) New 2020 Ranger half of that time was over Ford’s rebates for that vehicle. The sales manager had all kind of problems finding them even though I gave him Ford’s code numbers from Ford’s web site for all of them. Therefore, he did not want to honor the rebates and he insisted that I had to pay for the 3M protection, the Clear Coat protection, and the window etching. The other half was waiting for the finance manager to get the paper work done once we agreed on a price for a new vehicle, for him to finally come out (not the sales person or sales manager) to tells us the truck had over 1100 miles on it but that it was ok because the warranty would start that day. When I called him on it then he came clean that the truck was a used vehicle and the warranty had started last October. No wonder the sales manager could not find the rebates they were only for New 2020 Fords not used. The sale manager completely misrepresented this vehicle and then do not even have the guts to come out and talk to me, he had to send out others to face me. Stay away from Livermore Ford they are just bad news. More
