I’m not totally sure if this dealership is being fair with the pricing and services needed for my vehicle. I am basing this review on what I "think" I saw (or in my case, didn't see). My disbelief is why I didn't give it a 1-star rating. I waited the whole time it was being worked on, and I was by a window that l case, didn't see). My disbelief is why I didn't give it a 1-star rating. I waited the whole time it was being worked on, and I was by a window that let me view my car the entire time it was on the lift. I paid for an oil change and tire rotation. I watched the entire time, I saw the oil change and tire pressure check, but I never once saw ANY tire come off the car. Now I am shocked as to "why" a mechanic would do this, so that the ONLY reason I am questioning if I actually saw this correctly. But I personally never saw the tires come off the car and I had a front row seat the whole time (except when it was being road tested). I told the service manager of my concerns, she asked the mechanic, and he said the tires were rotated. So, I left it at that. But my concerns will definitely make me discretely mark a tire if I have it rotated there again. More
