This dealership sold me a pre owned vehicle with a list of issues. It has leaked coolant since day 2 and has this burning/smokey smell coming through the vents! The interior smelled awful after the first day once the spray they sprayed in the car wore off and the seats were completely ripped from the previous owner. My dad had to have them fix the tail lights initially because they were messed up! More

The entire system produces an unbearably loud crackling noise, sometimes non stop for hours at a time! Multiple visits to the service department, multiple fixes that don’t work and now months long delays for parts. Total lemon entertainment system. Totally waste of time and money. I’ll never purchase another Honda, given the poor quality and lack of resolution for this issue. More

I went to Livermore Honda for my Clarity's first service. The 5,000 mile service was an oil change, tires rotation and turn off service light. They added in windshield washer tablets for $2.11 and a fuel sys The 5,000 mile service was an oil change, tires rotation and turn off service light. They added in windshield washer tablets for $2.11 and a fuel system cleaner for $46.10. These items were not requested and not needed especially for a new car! These are revenue generators for the dealership and a rip off for the consumer. They lost a customer with these tactics. More
