Scheduling appointment was easy and dropping off the vehicle at service fleet where service manager is was also quick and easy. My issue was with car mechanic who serviced my truck, unfortunately I don’ vehicle at service fleet where service manager is was also quick and easy. My issue was with car mechanic who serviced my truck, unfortunately I don’t know who he was but he left all over my truck black oily fingerprints even on steering wheel! I did wash my truck day before service and I had to have wash it again after service. Also I did not get service reminder sticker. After all that I’ll think about to take truck back to Ford Livermore service again. BN. More

During my ~25k mile service I was told to replace my tires, even though they looked fine. At the recent service after a year, another rep said the tires were still good, showing inconsistent and costly tires, even though they looked fine. In my most recent visit, plastic pieces that were originally installed for a future climate control upgrade were removed during a factory recall, but instead of simply explaining that, I was given a different explanation, which caused confusion. Bought a used but nearly new (10k miles) 2023 Camaro SS. They sold it with front tires worn down to the wear bars and cosmetic damage to the hood. They also had never applied the ceramic coating that I paid for, had to ask about it later and make another trip to get it done Spoke to the Sales manager about the issues, he basically said that since I didn't notice them prior to the sale, I'm out of luck. I'm happy with the car but it's costing me an additional $1000 to do repairs and maintenance that should have been done in the sale prep stage. More

This dealership has expanded and completely lost sight on customer communication. I within minutes of dropping off my vehicle for scheduled maintenance, I received and request to buy my vehicle. This was out customer communication. I within minutes of dropping off my vehicle for scheduled maintenance, I received and request to buy my vehicle. This was outright weird, but I willingly participated. Subsequently and interestingly times, I received a quote for my vehicle at a lowball price matching my “absolutely need” maintenance. This is predatory and coordinated. I am never returning to this dealership, that I have used and trusted in the past. Enjoy your new Massarati expansion, scumballs. More
