Service adviser was a pleasant and knowledgeable person. He explained what my car needs to keep it running. It's Ford 2009 I took his advise and will do the services needed. He explained what my car needs to keep it running. It's Ford 2009 I took his advise and will do the services needed. More
I had a very disappointing experience. It started with my car taking 2 day to be diagnosed and us notified with an estimate . Then repairs took an additional day. It was only a $800 rep It started with my car taking 2 day to be diagnosed and us notified with an estimate . Then repairs took an additional day. It was only a $800 repair. We had no communication on day one, then it took until 4pm on day 2 for any contact. I reached out multiple times each day with no response or return calls. Then when trying to speak with a manager. They were not available or went home each if the 3 days. When finally being contacted by the service director, he refuses to speak with anyone in person or on the phone. Amazing that you are still in business. More
No coffee cups in the waiting room, only one person at quick lane to check in customers but dozens in the empty showroom, vehicle was done and I had to see it in done and I got no notice it was done. And quick lane to check in customers but dozens in the empty showroom, vehicle was done and I had to see it in done and I got no notice it was done. And the topper was the service recommended was $3,300 which is way way out of line. Book tells me things need inspection, but your $3,300 service included many unneeded fluid replacement items. Sorry, but I was not impressed. Been a loyal customer since I bought my 2017 Expedition but I think that came to an end. Hope your business survives because if more loyal customers experience this you are in big trouble. More
