I was talking to a man named Joseph and he was super nice. He didn't make me feel dumb about not knowing about cars, and he was really thorough with the explanation of what was going o with my car. So I went there for a check engine light problem. They said we will let you know. I get the call from the service rep. Saying $30.00 censor for transmission has gone bad. So I said change it. My bill was 1100.00 with 700 something in labor charges. Which was never communicated. Felt cheated. I asked him when I went to pick up car. He said sorry I should have communicated better. Yes offcorse you have to tell the customer whole price for repair. More
