The service was fast. I was told it would take 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes, but, they finished in 45 minutes. Their waiting room is ample, the seats were plush, they have 3 large TVs tuned to 3 differe 1 hour and 15 minutes, but, they finished in 45 minutes. Overall, Lokey is a great dealership and has a very helpful staff. Recently, however, there was an incident where my car was dropped off for an oil change and a recall, and left untouched and was never helpful staff. Something good something not. Im glad to have periodic service, but this time I was not very happy. My car is a 2016. They told me I had to replace the battery ($190).
