If I could give zero stars I would, Initially Bought the vehicle right off the truck when it was delivered in January upon leaving the lot there was an airbag light when I called the service center, they sa vehicle right off the truck when it was delivered in January upon leaving the lot there was an airbag light when I called the service center, they said it was no big deal that they could fix it now if I was worried or come in at the 5 month check up. I waited the 5 months that was at the beginning of June they deduced it was an airbag sensor yeah sensor, mid July almost 2 weeks ago I got my car in to have the sensory repaired, it was a 2 hour project that turned into 2 weeks I received my car back yesterday and according to the app I have 9 other airbag warnings that were not addressed. When I called Lokey Kia and ask to speak with a manager multiple times, Leaving voicemails that were never returned. More

Friendly staff, however, poor receptionist (phone) and mechanic. Received my first oil change and had to return due to mechanic not closing the cap securely. I called to book an appointment and was told t mechanic. Received my first oil change and had to return due to mechanic not closing the cap securely. I called to book an appointment and was told to arrive after 12 pm. Once I arrived an associate told me all the mechanics go on break from 12-1pm. Why did the person on the phone not say to come after 1 pm?? I was then told I could go home and return or stay until their break ended and then wait another hour for the mechanic to work on my car. I stayed because I lived too far and would be more of a hassle. A few moments later a staff member approached me and told me he is going to have the mechanic fix his mistake now and work on my car...but I thought he was going on break?? Sweet associate but now I'm the customer making the mechanic miss his break when he's possibly starving? So of course I received my car back filthy! Black marks were all over the seats and on the center console, there was even a red mark on the passenger side. No idea where that is from. I don't have children and I don't leave home often, so I have a clean car. Was there ever any seat covers placed on my car?? Did the mechanic removed them? I don't understand how it was okay to return a car to a customer in those conditions. It was even my fault to begin with! The mechanic did not do his job effectively and the woman on the phone told me to come after 12 pm! But I was the one standing in the rain cleaning my car because of...I don't know you tell me? Poor training, management, competence, commitment? This is the second time I received my car back dirty, the first time being when I bought it. I'm taking pictures from now on because this is ridiculous. More
Everything happened on time and was finished in a timely manner. The young man who assisted me was very professional and communicated everything well.
