Always friendly, however when going in for service I sometimes stand in the “office” full of agents for about 2 minutes before being acknowledged. Been in to have my Sportage fixed as it was pulling to the left. The first time they said it was the bearings and fixed my bearings a week later I came in and it was my calipers therefore they fixed the the left.
