Lokey Kia - Service Center

Very disappointed in the service department. 2 appointments later we are still dealing with screw ups and misinformation. Repairs still not completed. TERRIBLE! Appointment time was 9:00 for an oil change. I was there for 2 1/2 hours waiting. Too many people scheduled at same time for 2 1/2 hours waiting. Too many people scheduled at same time More

Poor communication and customer service with my last service visit regarding an ac issue. I purchased what they claim is Kia flagship vehicle the k900. They told me I missed my coverage by one month and service visit regarding an ac issue. I purchased what they claim is Kia flagship vehicle the k900. They told me I missed my coverage by one month and quoted me 1,900 dollars. Compressors should last 8 to 10 years. The lack of communication and transparency regarding this situation has been very poor. I have reached out to the Kia main branch and get more assistance. After three conversations with representatives they all have told me they have been unable to get the information needed from Lokey Kia regarding my case. More

Wonderful dealership. Very disappointed that when I get back in my car and see the sticker to get my next oil change was 3000 miles less then what I had on my car. Also the maintenance light was not reset after being there for a the sticker to get my next oil change was 3000 miles less then what I had on my car. Also the maintenance light was not reset after being there for an hour. Had to have maintenance fix it before I left. Example sticker said 31000 and I had 34000 on my vehicle. They can’t even get that right so I know when my next oil change should be! More

Brought my truck in for an oil change and rotation and to have a nail removed from the tire. An hour and a half later they bring it out and say all done. I get home to discover no tire rotation and the nail have a nail removed from the tire. An hour and a half later they bring it out and say all done.
