Took my car to this dealership for service 4 times since the car was new. 3 of the 4 times, they either took something off of the car or did not do the work. I sent a message to them via their we site. I de the car was new. 3 of the 4 times, they either took something off of the car or did not do the work. I sent a message to them via their we site. I detailed the issues in my message to them. The only response I got was asking me if I want to see their inventory. Either they never read it or don't care. Either way I will be going to a different Kia dealership for service. More
