Only complaint is the waiting area is not exactly safe from a vivid point of view and sales and service people walk through with their masks down. We received a recall notice for my 9 yr old Sedona. We made an appt a week ahead of time. We paid caretaker to watch our special needs child while we dropped off the car, and I drove husband home in anoth made an appt a week ahead of time. We paid caretaker to watch our special needs child while we dropped off the car, and I drove husband home in another car. When we arrived in the driveway, we got a call that the parts were ordered and come get my car. A whole 20 mins and $100 caretaker charge to drop off a car so you could order PARTS? Nobody told us they were just ordering parts! Why did they not do so a week earlier? The recall and my vehicle are in the system. To make matters worse, now that the parts are in and we have ANOTHER appt and caretaker hired, we got a text that asked permission to text me further (and I acknowledged yes since I thought it was about the service) but it was a LOKEY salesman asking if we just would rather sell our car and buy a new one from Lokey!! At $100 an hour for a caretaker, and 3 hours just to drop off an get the car in all ($300), we are paying through the nose for the inconvenience of your FREE recall repair. Very sad. These are the 2 main reasons a lot of people do not like going to dealerships for service. Inconsideration of repeated visits AND upselling to new cars constantly. Plus, we are STILL waiting to get the initial recall issue fixed!!! More

Brittany in service has been very helpful. The issue is with the service itself. I had to bring car back twice for same repair.
