My oil change I received was quick and painless. I was in and out in about thirty minutes. I was a little thrown off though when I emailed about setting up an appointment for some troubles I was having with and out in about thirty minutes. I would have assumed that since I purchased it from them and they have worked on my car before that they would be willing to help me with some issues on the car and not just tell me to go to another dealer.
