I had to retrieve my car by calling because he never called to let me know it was ready and the service I requested to be done was not done because "I didn't need it", as per mr Woodman. I still paid the same amount for a oil change only as if it was for my normal oil and rotation. Not happy. I also feel that they should have car wash. I will probably won't be returning to lokey. There is always some fear about pricing when taking an older model car in for service, however all that far and anxiety is greatly decreased when working with this team at Lokey Kia!
