I have bought 3 cars from Lokey KIA and I have always been extremely satisfied with the salesman and the manner in which they conduct business. With that said, I can't say enough about the Service Dept., been extremely satisfied with the salesman and the manner in which they conduct business. With that said, I can't say enough about the Service Dept., because of Dave, who is the best Service rep. He is attentive, patient, professional and customer service friendly. I never leave the service area feeling like they found issues just to make money. I never feel the pressure to accept a service. I'm given the info and am able to make an informed decision. Dave is the BEST! They give free snacks, coffee and water with a tv. Who wouldn't be happy visiting a business that makes the customer feel like they are at home. Not much I could say, service was excellent. Service took excellent care of me. All employees were very courteous & I even had a sales rep. asked if I was interested in a new Kia, SORRY but I owe to much I t excellent care of me. I owed. I do thank you for the though of a new Kia but the cost to me would be to high & I live on a pension & S.S. so cost is my biggest concern. All treated mw well. THANK YOU. More
