It took me 2 trips. The first time told the part was not in and I would get a call. I had to make the call for the 2nd appt and was told the same thing on 8/4, that the part wasn't in and I'd get a call. I recounted the aforementioned and was told they'd check. I was then told yes they could install this part after all. It took 20 minutes of the estimated 1 hour. More
