We own two Kia's and have had both serviced at Lokey Kia. In over two years, we have never had a good service experience. In that time, we have dealt with rude service representatives, not having the service In over two years, we have never had a good service experience. We have dealt with the service manager on each occasion but the situations persist. We love the cars but are considering going to a different dealer for service or buying a different brand to avoid the angst and frustration of dealing with Lokey. More
