Nicole is Awesome I came in for routine oil change and to check one tire that was low on pressure. Nicole explained the "what-if's" with the tire and I explained that I I came in for routine oil change and to check one tire that was low on pressure. Nicole explained the "what-if's" with the tire and I explained that I had a 2-hr window of time. It was very busy in the service waiting area, but Nicole gave me an update on the tire and explained that it could be repaired for a small fee. Then, my 2-hour timeframe approached. I inquired and expressed my anxiousness to Nicole. Just 15 minutes after the deadline, she brought my key and said "you are good to go" and I asked about the bill and she said, "it's on me". I was impressed that although service was a little behind, Bicole took responsibility for it and covered the charge for my tire patch. It honestly made my day!! Thank you so much!! More

Quick and Easy Lokey Kia makes the visits for service real easy they have great people that work there and you just pull up and they will get you in and out for what Lokey Kia makes the visits for service real easy they have great people that work there and you just pull up and they will get you in and out for what your car needs for service and you can wait in the lobby where they have snacks, waters, and a TV playing or you can take the shuttle in proximity. I usually take the shuttle and they drop me off at work then pick me up when ready and it’s so seamless and easy. I will be coming back to get my service done here and recommend if your in the Clearwater area come on down you won’t regret it More

Inconsiderate Employee After waiting for almost three hours for my car to get its oil changed, I thought that the service center must be seriously flawed at Lokey Kia. Inste After waiting for almost three hours for my car to get its oil changed, I thought that the service center must be seriously flawed at Lokey Kia. Instead, I found out that the employee I met with in the service center (Lily) did not pass on my paperwork for a long time and then went home. So my car was sitting in the parking lot not being worked on for multiple hours while I waited and my time was wasted. Her incompetence or inconsideration of customers is a poor reflection of Lokey as an organization. I am unlikely to return and will just pay to get my oil changed in the future so that I don’t have to deal with this nonsense. More
