Slow service Over three hour wait for a scheduled oil change, on two separate vehicles. Then “misplaced” the keys to the second car, the the doors locked and hazar Over three hour wait for a scheduled oil change, on two separate vehicles. Then “misplaced” the keys to the second car, the the doors locked and hazard lights on. Took an additional twenty minutes to locate the keys. My keys were attached to another vehicles work order. Management was getting ready to make a set of new set of keys for my car. More

Tire Trauma Had a blowout after hitting some road debris. I called Lokey and spoke with Georgette.
