Definitely a 5⭐️. I had a major engine issue while in San Antonio and ended up having to leave my vehicle to return home to Kansas. Carolina, the service manager, proved to be very professional, knowledgeable, and a strong advocate as she helped me work with my warranty company. She worked with me remotely, overseeing my repair and keeping things on track. Another example of the dealership’s support came when it was time to pick up the vehicle. My grandson who is in San Antonio misunderstood it had to be picked up before Service closed, but the Sales team helped resolve the problem, and we got the vehicle back when we needed it. A breakdown was not in my plans, but the Lone Star team made it as good an experience as I could hope for. Thanks to Carolina for leading the team. More

My car did not want to move out of park after they brought it to the front. They told me they only did the PCM but on the recall it said it needed the PCM & the TCM so I'm confused as to what they did brought it to the front.
