Service Center is horrible. I set an appointment at 2:30pm and it took 2 hours for them to tell me they didn’t even have the part to complete the service. At the least, they off I set an appointment at 2:30pm and it took 2 hours for them to tell me they didn’t even have the part to complete the service. At the least, they offered the complementary wash and vacuum when I arrived for the appointment but my car was untouched 2 hours later. This dealership only cares about the money, not the customers. This also isn’t the first time they’ve let me down. More
