Iam writing this because I tried to return the vehicle after the second day I called Garrett to let him know when Capital One said to return the vehicle because my income wasn't enough. So I've filed a report at the dnv and downtown because he stated to Capital One i make 5,000 a month iam disabled in work part time and i never put down 3000 iam going fight this until something is done. This has never happened to me that a dealership not honest I wonder why the lady to me to tell Capital One that I put down 3000 as a down payment I tried returning the car but Capital One is picking up the vehicle in they going investigate also iam thankful that I have proof iam glad i had my phone when signing the contract. It has been over 3 weeks since I drove the car home and still no Sirius XM. The folks at Sirius XM tell me Mitsubishi has not performed the registration action of informing them I bought the car. I am getting fairly annoyed at this. More
