Brought our Outlander in for service (oil change and tire rotation) on Sept 30th and they spilled oil in the engine and didn't turn off the engine reminder lights for the service. Brought it back it to get t rotation) on Sept 30th and they spilled oil in the engine and didn't turn off the engine reminder lights for the service. Brought it back it to get the service light reset and check the issue with the oil smell, they turned off the routine service light but the engine service light is back on again. Trying to reach them to get it back in for a third time! :-( More
