4 star review because of the 5 star service the service rep provided. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. Spoke to us about the hood flutter and what was being done about it. The car wash was 3 star at best. Did not wipe down the dashboard and left the interior dusty. When we purchased the car Josebeth promised us unlimited detailing through the lifespan of the ownership. The car was washed so 3 star, satisfactory, but definitely not "detailed" More
