I have always believed that service is the most important part of a dealership. Having a good service department keeps customers coming back. This service manager(Chase) went above and beyond on a Friday l part of a dealership. Having a good service department keeps customers coming back. This service manager(Chase) went above and beyond on a Friday late afternoon to find me a replacement tire so I could use my car over the weekend. He was very polite, and understanding. In no time he had my car fixed and back on the road all my doing to the same to a handful of other customers that was there before me. Thanks Chase.
