We had a great experience with the staff from the very first phone call and subsequent visits. I wanted a car with a sun room, and the car we were interested in did not have one, so they suggested the op first phone call and subsequent visits. I wanted a car with a sun room, and the car we were interested in did not have one, so they suggested the option of having one installed. The end result was better than expected.
