CEDRIC DEFINITELY 5 Stars- I looked at same vehicle at a Hyundai dealership in McDonough GA= ZERO stars- who tried to tack on dealer fees and paint coats onto their advertised price- bumping up the price at Hyundai dealership in McDonough GA= ZERO stars- who tried to tack on dealer fees and paint coats onto their advertised price- bumping up the price at least $2500, BUT NOT HERE!! I knew what I wanted and the price point and I appreciated his transparency. NO haggling, NOT pushy and even went out of his way to make sure the vehicle had all the accessories listed on the sticker. I bought this vehicle online and unseen. He not only got them to honored their advertised price, but did better and got me a lower price, then a Hyundai Dealer that was near me. Great communication and customer service- and didn't try to insult my intelligence with any sales gimmick like at McDonough. I also had it delivered at a reasonable price and they got it to me the time I needed it. More

Despite having a check in hand, I was forced to wait over an hour just to pay—and even after that, the car I purchased wasn’t ready. The lobby was extremely uncomfortable: hard chairs, inadequate air conditioning, and the sun beating through the windows made it feel like a sauna. The day before, during my test drive, I witnessed employees and even a manager in a loud, unprofessional shouting match right in front of customers. The whole experience felt like they completely forgot about customer service. I’ve never been so happy to leave a dealership in my life. No car deal is worth dealing with the people at Long Hyundai.
