First time using Service department I have mixed feelings about the customer service. I went to have my oil changed and to have my car washed (i get 2 free washes and waxes a year)... i I have mixed feelings about the customer service. I went to have my oil changed and to have my car washed (i get 2 free washes and waxes a year)... i just bought the car less than 2 months ago and you could still see the circles on the wind shield where the stickers were, so i wanted it washed. The washed the windshield, body of the car and the two front windows, but did not wash back window or the 2 back seat windows. They also did not give me a sticker to tell me when my next oil change is due (simple math, I know, but I like the sticker as a reminder). I will go back, but I am hoping that next time, they treat me better than this time. I was already late for work or I would have went back in and had them do the windows they did not do. More
