Do Not Recommend My husband and I have bought five vehicles from Long Hyundai. At one time, I owned a 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe. We loved the car until the drive shaft t My husband and I have bought five vehicles from Long Hyundai. At one time, I owned a 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe. We loved the car until the drive shaft tore up and had to be replaced. The first time it was under warranty. The service department replaced the drive shaft entirely. A year or so later the drive shaft tore up again. It was not under warranty this time. We had to pay for it out of our pocket. The service department gave us a discounted price which we thought was good at the time. After it was fixed the second time, we decided to trade it in on another vehicle. A few months after the car was traded in, the service department called us and asked us if we still wanted the part to the steering column that was ordered the first time the 2012 Hyundai was put into the shop for the bad steering column. We think this missing part may have been why it tore up the second time. I left messages for the service department manager to call me back about it but I never received a call from the manager about this problem. I feel this was shoddy work, negligent and it recklessly endangered us. I wonder if the people who bought the 2012 Hyundai we traded in are safe in driving it. I do not think we will buy any more vehicles from Long Hyundai. More

Back hatch does not closw easily. Needs to be slammed shut. Gas gauge reads 75 miles to empty and 6 miles later reads 15 miles to empty. USB port sometimes works and syncs to Apple car and sometimes does not. Again the service dept is great but multiple issues with a car a month old is not great. Wish there was another option for the car. More
