Best experience at a dealership ever! I haven't been to buy a new vehicle in a while and I finally got tired of driving my old junker and decided I wanted to trade it in and that Long Hyun I haven't been to buy a new vehicle in a while and I finally got tired of driving my old junker and decided I wanted to trade it in and that Long Hyundai was the place to go. We were greeted by Ardis and we explained we weren't quite sure what we wanted but wanted to keep payments reasonable. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us with every question we had about the vehicles and was very friendly and pleasant to be around. He walked the lot with us more than once, let us test drive different models, talked figures with us and kept us at ease by letting us know he was there to help and we wouldn't walk out of there with something we didn't want. I'm pretty picky but Ardis was patient with me and really knew what he was talking about. Once I finally picked out my 2018 Hyundai Sonata (that I LOVE!) He was there with us the rest of the way. He even walked us over to the service department and introduced us to everyone! Then when all was signed and we were done he was right there to help me sync my phone to the car and showed me all the cool little features. Everyone was really great at Hyundai but Ardis made the experience unforgettable. I would definitely recommend this dealership. More
