In the past at other Hyundai service places, I had to wait 2 hours f Very pleased with how quick the service was for my recall appointment recently. In the past at other Hyundai service places, I had to wait 2 hours for what they said would be a 15 minute appointment, but Long Hyundai gave me a true estimate-- they said it would be fifteen minutes, and it was! I brought a book to read in their waiting room, and honestly I could have camped out there all day. They had coffee, cookies, a friendly attendant (I think his name was Derek), and lots of comfy chairs, so even if I did have to wait longer I wouldn't have minded. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is that it's a little hard to navigate in the parking lot/discern which of the service buildings is actually Hyundai, because it's connected to the Volvo store. This would be super easy to fix, though, with just a sign or two pointing customers in the right direction. Overall great service and I'll be back whenever my car needs a little TLC. More
