Called Long Hyundai, spoke with Chris - VER my problem Y receptive & courteous - told me to come by and her would take care of me. Drove to Long Hyundai Service Department, waited on IMMEDIATELY by Codi. She had Chris come out and he invited me to the waiting room saying he would have Zac, a tech, look into my problem immediately. In what seemed like less than 10 minutes Codi came in, told me my car was ready and where I would find it. I asked where I should go to pay the cashier, she smiled and said, "it's no charge". I met Chris back outside and asked if I could pay, and he said, "No, sir, we were glad to help; come back if you need us again". The could have easily taken me for the proverbial ride and cost me lots of money - how refreshing to deal with HONEST strangers who are genuinely nice! More
