Before I stepped foot in a car dealership, I was honestly weary of the idea. However, Long Hyundai made the experience wonderful. I went in knowing which car I wanted (a Hyundai Genesis) and Derrick Walters helped me find just that. Derrick is honestly one of the best salesman I have ever encountered. He never seemed to push me in a direction that best suited his needs, and instead focused on what I wanted. It is hard to find such talent in the customer service field these days, but I can definitely say that with Derrick, it was service with a smile. He worked hard to ensure that my experience was like no other and I cannot thank him enough for it! The rest of the staff that I encountered were friendly as well and the environment was very welcoming. I am now a proud owner of a sharp 2013 Hyundai Genesis and I couldn't be happier!
