After a weeks time staying in touch with Ardis and him going the extra mile trying to get me the price I wanted to pay with Randy's help on his off day he came in just for me and we made a deal. He even told me that I'll be treated like a daughter and he'll always make sure I'm taken care of when I come in which I appreciated that so much. He did a great job with helping me buy my first new car and made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision. Even when I did I have some issues with the tires that was causing the car to vibrate just because the car had been sitting...I told Ardis about and it wasn't a problem or question. Great customer service I brought my Tucson in for an oil change however I had also been encountering some road noise that was annoying. I purchased the vehicle at Village VW I brought my Tucson in for an oil change however I had also been encountering some road noise that was annoying. I purchased the vehicle at Village VW and had their service manager look at it. They were unable to identify the problem, telling me it was the type of tire on the vehicle. The service manager at Long Hyundai took the time to physically look at the tires and identified the problem, came up with a solution and it drastically improved the problem I was encountering. He also advised that although the tires were rounded, they still had good tread and recommended that I not buy new tires yet. Thank you, Winona More
