He had the most pleasant personality, welcoming us as if we were actually family. He explained each auto with precise and accurate information. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products on 'his' lot. After many test drives of different types of used cars we finally made our decision. Zak did everything to make us comfortable during the process. He and Mike did all they could to get us the best price available on the vehicle she chose.
