Great experience! Kurt at the Long Hyundai Service Center was great to work with. Went in to get my check engine light checked out right before I had my daughter. He to Kurt at the Long Hyundai Service Center was great to work with. Went in to get my check engine light checked out right before I had my daughter. He told me what the problem was, that it was under warranty so it wouldn't cost me anything to fix it and he could special order the part and have it there the next week. After my daughter was born I called them and didn't think he would remember my situation but he did and even asked how the baby was doing. He offered to loan me a rental car for the day and then take my car to fix it. He was even willing to send someone to my house to trade cars with me since I had a newborn. Luckily I was able to take it up there myself yesterday and they had it ready to pick up 6 hours later! Great service! Highly recommend them and especially Kurt! Someone who remembers your situation and little details is someone who truly cares! More

Inability to do repairs My vehicle had spent roughly 1/4 of the days at this dealership in the last year. It had been brought in for the same problem repeatedly sometimes multiple times in the same day for check engine light being on. They even brought me the car on multiple occasions with the check engine light on which was the reason the car was dropped off in the first place. They repeatedly attempted to charge me fees for things that should have been covered under warrenty and look for any reason possible to avoid honoring their commitments. More
