He knew my budget and wanted to help me get into a car I truly loved with a company that offers a great warranty program after having such a terrible time with my old clunker. He made himself completely available when I had any questions, made sure I was taken care of, and even brought me something I didn't have time to pick up at the dealership. He truly cares about giving his customers a product that truly fits them and through the whole process provided transparency and peace of mind.
