The Worst New car Buying Experience Ever Went here to trade for a new Sonata for my wife. Had a good trade in (2012 Accord). we have decent credit, and the only stipulation we had was my wife Went here to trade for a new Sonata for my wife. Had a good trade in (2012 Accord). we have decent credit, and the only stipulation we had was my wife wanted leather seats in whatever we ended up buying. (They had 3 Sonata's, all different prices, with leather seats on the lot) For some reason, the only communication I received from finance and the salesman for over two hours was "We're looking for a vehicle that we can put leather seats in for you" OK, but why, when you have 3 on the lot I asked??? "It's only a $1,200.00 option" I was told. Anyway, after 2 1/2 hours total, I was told "We haven't heard anything from finance yet, we'll have to call you tomorrow". Well guess what, they didn't call the next day. So my wife and i promptly went and bought a car from the competition. The really bad thing is that we are 2 time repeat customers at this dealership, but we will never set foot here again. Run, run fast, from this ripoff dealer. More
