False advertising If you're going to buy a car from Long Hyundai, I strongly recommend you look at the price on the internet first because otherwise you may end up nego If you're going to buy a car from Long Hyundai, I strongly recommend you look at the price on the internet first because otherwise you may end up negotiating from a much higher starting price and end up paying more for the car than you would otherwise. This happened to me recently. The sticker price on my car was $450 more than the price that was advertised on the internet. I realized this after I got the car home (I drove from Knoxville, Tennessee to Chattanooga) and did a Google search on the VIN. Had I started my negotiations from the internet price, I would have paid at least $450 less for my car, and I certainly never would have walked out with a deal that was only $200 below sticker price. (You can't see it on the photos I uploaded, but the internet price on the car was $14,850.) Ultimately, I discussed this problem with Mike Nichols, the General Sales Manager, and in not so many words he told me, "Too bad. A deal is a deal." I wholeheartedly agree with this concept under the right circumstances, but inaccurate pricing of a vehicle by the dealer is hardly what I consider a right circumstance. Mr. Nichols apparently doesn't care enough to do anything to make things right even when the burden of responsibility falls squarely on his shoulders. You see a lot of 5-star reviews on Google for Long Hyundai. In fact, they have an average rating of over 4.7 stars, but I wonder if there's a reason for that? While I was there, my salesman literally stood over me and pressured me to give him a 5-star review. He watched and made sure I did it. That was weird for me, but I did it anyway because overall I *thought* I'd had a pretty good experience. I wonder how many people don't want to give a good review but are intimidated into doing it anyway? You also see negative reviews for them on Google, none of which have any response from Long Hyundai. In other words, they don't take care of their disgruntled customers, only the ones who give them good reviews. That says a lot about a company. More

Knowlageable, Fair, and a Simple process I worked with Cedric who was easy to work with. On my second visit he was with another client and asked Makayla to take me on another test drive.
