My wife had spoken to Tiffany early in the week. Tiffany quoted us $36,288 for a Palisade that had a stick price of $38,205. Tiffany later messaged my wife that said, “The price I quoted you was from a diff quoted us $36,288 for a Palisade that had a stick price of $38,205. Tiffany later messaged my wife that said, “The price I quoted you was from a different car, not out sale price for this vehicle. Due to the misqouted price my general manager is going honor the window sticker price on your vehicle of $38,205. Normally there is an addendum of $1885 added to the sticker but due to the glitch on our site we are not including this for you.” Obviously humans make mistakes, we understand that. However, today we walk into the car lot and meet Cedric, the sales man that was scheduled to help us out. Cedrics first words were, “I believe I heard you were misquoted a price and we’re going to honor the price we told you. It make take a rocket scientist to figure out which price they’re speaking of, but all along we were under the impression they would be honoring the $36,288. Not to mention the car we asked for was suppose to have captains chairs and the car they had pulled Out for us had the bench seating. Which is $900 more than captains chairs. Yes, the misunderstanding may have been on our part, We didn’t understand what Tiffany meant when she said we will honor the window price. That’s usually what people say when they mess up and they say, “we’ll honor the lower price.” I assure you nobody went out of their way to say this is the price you’ll pay for this specific car until we got on the lot. Thanks Long Hyundai for wasting our time thins morning. Warning to future buyers, be sure you listen very very well. More

I said no, can't stay here that long. He said can I make an appointment for you next week and I said no because tomorrow I'm going car shopping and by next week I may not be the owner of this car. He said "Well, the man behind you can surely find you a new car", and there was Ardis. He took me to see the Hyundai Sonata and UI drove one and it was like driving a cloud and was comfortable and beautiful and LOADED. It was a bit high priced and I had planed to shop with my daughter in law the next day so I said we'll be back tomorrow. Next day, she wanted to see Hondas which she has and loves. We went and tested one but I didn't feel comfortable in it so we left and went to Long. Met up with Ardis and drove a Sonata again and finally decided on a Hampton Grey with light gray interior. It's a beauty and I love it. We also got help from John, another salesperson. Got the price that was acceptable to me and we made the deal. Everyone we dealt with was more than helpful and I am sooo happy with them and my new wheels.I just need some practice with all the bells and whistles as I am 82 and you know what they say about Old Dogs!!! I 'm also glad that I have Long to deal with since I'm familiar with them because of my volvo. They give good service and they know me. More
