I have purchased numerous cars over the years probably close to twenty. Ardis Toney at Long Hyundai of Chattanooga has been the best salesperson I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. I told him what I wanted and what I was willing to pay. He was able to get me $4,000.00 off in incentives alone. I drove off in my new SUV an hour and a half later. That is the fastest vehicle purchase I have ever done. Usually, it's a 3-4 hour ordeal. Not here, Ardis and the rest of the people at Long Hyundai are fantastic. They made a usually painful process of pain-free. They now have a customer for life. Ardis Toney is a wonderful person. He is extremely knowledgeable and was not pushy at all. He was the complete opposite of the usual pushy shark type salesperson that you find at most dealers. He was extremely patient with me and answered all my questions and if he didn't know the answer he would go and get me the answer. I wish that more salespeople were like him. He is honest and he goes out of his way to get me what I want. The managers and the finance person we're also fantastic to deal with. I will update my review after I bring my vehicle in for its first service. If the service department is only half as good as the sales department, it should be another great experience. More
