When I went in it only took about 5 minutes to be seen by someone. Then only another 5 minutes until my car was pulled around for service. The wait was only a little over an hour for oil change and tire rotation. The waiting area was comfortable. The price was a pleasant surprise. I will definitely continue to have our vehicle serviced at Long. More
