The original service tech, Richard Simpson, called me back right away today after I called. I have to say that he was great from beginning to end and, as he promised, resolved the simple problem. What bothered me was no one else returning my calls after he was called away for a family emergency last week. Apparently they just got a new phone system that was giving them numerous issues last week. All good. Please change to 5 Stars
