Took 5 phone calls to get someone in service to answer a call. The type of service I needed to address the issue with my vehicle changed 3 times as I spoke with different employees between scheduling, dropo call. Spent $500, then found out if I had been listened to initially about my complaint the ‘fix’ wasn’t going to give me the outcome I thought I was heading towards. Multiple negative service interactions with one employee that I understand is no longer there. My file then got sent to the sales department, where a sales representative tried to put me in a used vehicle with the same known issues my car was experiencing, which I found out when I did research at home after being ‘guaranteed’ by the sales representative that they were not included in the known issue affected vehicle list when I asked. It has also been awhile since I had been treated in such misogynistic ways. I was called ‘sweetness’ multiple times and told early on that when it was time to talk financing that they have a woman I can talk to because “women feel more comfortable talking to women.” More

Chris is amazing and controls all aspects of service - reasonable in & out. My continuing concern is the lack of a dedicated Genesis facility as tends to get very busy with both Volvo & Hyndai in the reasonable in & out. Terrible service as usual. I recall appointment was at 930 and was told it would take 45 minutes to an hour at 1230 my car still wasn't in the bay. Upon my arrival for the 7,500 mile service for my Kona, I was quickly recognized and the check-in begun. A sales presentation was made for some additional charge fuel injector and oil treatment service was was quickly recognized and the check-in begun. The service was completed in about and hour and a half along with an offered car wash. Thanks. More
