Good Experience I went in to Long Hyundai to have service work done to my 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe on Friday April 4th. During the wait for the service to be done, I de I went in to Long Hyundai to have service work done to my 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe on Friday April 4th. During the wait for the service to be done, I decided to walk around the lot and just take a look at the inventory. I was not really looking to buy a new vehicle. The salesman Robert Green came out to see if he could be of any assistance. I told him that I was just waiting on my vehicle to be serviced and was just looking around. I also told him that I had looked at a 2011 Santa Fe that was posted on the website. He took me to this particular vehicle and pointed out the various features and we took it for a test drive. I really did not think that the financing on the vehicle would work out and that I would be able to get the vehicle. They got approval for me to buy the vehicle but I could not really decide if I wanted to finalize the transaction. I returned on Saturday April 5th and even though there were some financing glitches, Kevin Dowdy worked me out a great deal. I now am the proud owner of a 2011 Santa Fe that I Love! Robert and Kevin made the car buying experience great and I would recommend them to family and friends that I know may be looking for a good deal on a new or used car. My only complaint would be the amount of time that I was at the dealership on both days because I believe I was there about 3 hours each day but considering how they worked to get me a great deal it was worth it. Again I would highly recommend Long Hyundai to anyone looking to buy a vehicle and will send them to see Robert Green who did a wonderful job. He was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the vehicles. He assisted me in moving my belongings from the 2004 Santa Fe to the new one and explained everything that was going on and why it was taking so long to get the deal finalized. He also told me that I could call at any time if I had any questions. Overall a Great experience and GOOD JOB Robert! More
Brent Davis is one of the most courteous, attentive and helpful service advisers I have ever encountered at any dealership. The service department is the best I have found anywhere and I have dealt with many over the years. Terry and Len are real experts and they have never failed to provide super service. This service department is one of the main reasons I keep coming back to Long. My 2006 Azera is the 7th auto I have purchased from Long. It is the best automobile I have ever owned. Good experience and service. My only recommendation is for dealer to wash car upon visit for service and that a service center be located on the North river area. A good location would be at the base of Signal Mtn. in the old K-Mart building. There was an Automotive center in the building. The rest of the building now has a miscellaneous sales business in it. It would be great for light service like oil change and detail work and save a lot of travel for customers. Just a thought ,but it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks More

The service personnel were extremely friendly, they knew me by name, and they fixed my issues. On the 3rd day of a 3 week, long anticipated, road trip, we experienced loss of power and starting problems with our 2005 Hyundai Tucson. Even though we arrived at Long's Hyundai in Chattanooga just before we experienced loss of power and starting problems with our 2005 Hyundai Tucson. Even though we arrived at Long's Hyundai in Chattanooga just before closing, Brent and Lonnie stayed over, long enough to diagnose our problem and present us with a solution. A part was ordered and received the next morning, installed, and finished by 9:30 am, which got us back on the road in record time. The courtesy and attention we received was far and above what one would have expected, and such a special blessing to us. Brent even offered to call us in a couple of hours to make sure that everything was still working properly. We were totally impressed with every aspect of our service experience. More
The service department was great. They got me right in and diagnosed the problem it was just a wire had came loose they put it back together and did not even charge me anything for it.
