Left my 2011 Hyundai sonata se for a few days bc it had several small problems that were covered under warranty. My car had 47,000 miles. Greg had told me that for the 45k service, I would need a transmiss several small problems that were covered under warranty. My car had 47,000 miles. Greg had told me that for the 45k service, I would need a transmission fluid change and a fuel induction service kit along with an oil change. I did not need an oil change so I didn't get that. Turns out the owners manual has my car getting a transmission fluid change at 60k miles and not at 45k miles. I was lied to and spent money that didn't need to be spent. I will NEVER take them my business again. When I confronted them they said that bc of Chattanooga's "extreme driving conditions" they suggest getting the service done sooner. More

Long Volvo--- I bought a part on the 3rd of May. I returned it on the 4th of May. VOLVO had no money to pay me even though I had paid with $100. cash. The ineptness, stupidity and lack of concern on Steves part have resulted in me NEVER buying another Volvo. I have owned three but no more. And no more good words for Volvos or Long Volvo. It's not the money, it is the lying and deceit that have rung my bell. I would fire this incompetent employee, unless, of course this direction came down from the top..................... More
