My 2021 Palisade was towed in Friday, May 13th, and it is now Saturday morning and cannot find out anything about my car. Left 3 messages yesterday for the service department and still no call back, so I st now Saturday morning and cannot find out anything about my car. Left 3 messages yesterday for the service department and still no call back, so I still don't know anything about my car. It is still under warranty with only 28,000 miles on after a year and a half. Long Hyundai is only concerned about selling the car and the customer after care is non-existent. I love the car, but if I can't get any satisfaction from the dealer, I will never recommend or buy another car from any of Longs dealerships. I asked to speak to a manager, and am told the only person in the dealership that has a voice mail is the service manager, and I did leave a 2nd message with him, but no response. How ridiculous is that. NO SATISFACTION at all. I will take my car elsewhere when I have to. HORRIBLE DEALER. More

I have never had to return to have a repair that was performed to have to be redone. More
