Routine service, done right. Making an appointment on line was easy. I dropped the car off at the scheduled time. I received a phone call when the car was ready. Everything that was done to the car was explained to me. The service people were very polite and helpful. The biggest surprise was the improvement to the grounds and buildings. There is plenty of parking space now and the change to the service building makes it so easy to drive in and leave the car. More

Lisa was great to work with and I will definitely work with her in the future. She made the buying process easy. She listened to my needs and took into consideration that my fiancé and I are a young family looking for something reliable and affordable. (Even though the Forester can pretty much sell its self - or at least for a previous Forester owner it does) Lisa was honest and straight forward. She made the comment that she “wouldn’t put you in a vehicle I wouldn’t put my own children in” and that spoke a lot. Thank you Lisa for making sure we were taken care of and got what we truly loved. Ray was also very straight forward and honest. It’s nice to work with people who understand that responsible young adults are trying to create a life, build family’s - and having a safe vehicle is an important part of that. They make sure you are treated fairly and don’t spend money where you don’t need to. More

My lease is up and once again I am 3 years ago I leased a new Crosstrek from Long Subaru and Matt Orn was my Salesman and that was a great experience. My lease is up and once again I am in a brand new 2019 Crosstrek lease and again Matt Orn and the rest of the team at Long were great. Matt was able to make this a very smooth and easy transition into the new lease. I was very happy with what I got for a trade on my 2016 Crosstrek and what I was able to get the 2019 for and what my new lease payment will be. I am already looking forward to working with Matt in 3 years on my next Crosstrek lease. More

My mom and I test drove the used Subaru Impreza and we were even allowed to drive it to our own local mechanic for him to look over. The car was a great price compared to others in the area and in great condition for a 2016. Dan was our salesman and he was incredibly helpful, honest, and respectful of my budget. Long Subaru was helpful with the paperwork and registration side of things too. They were not pushy and even called after I bought the car and drove it off to see how it was working for me in the first 24 hours! I highly recommend this dealership. More
